General information
The notification
Sent by e-mail to each participant 3 weeks before the course, the notification specifies :
the exact location training
the opening hours training
the means of access to the training centre with a detailed plan or the login details for distance learning
Training timetable
Face-to-face courses and distance learning classes take place from 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5.30pm.
First day: welcome from 8.45am, presentation of the session from 9.15am to 9.30am and start of the course at 9.30am.
For 4 or 5-day courses, the course ends at 4pm on the last day.
Administrative follow-up
Participants have online access to sign up, evaluate training and validate their skills.
At the end of the session, they receive a training certificate.
ORSYS reserves the right to postpone the course for reasons of force majeure or if the number of participants is insufficient.
Face-to-face or distance learning: how does it work?
Face-to-face
From training centres easy to access close to stations or public transport, with public or private car parks
Spacious and bright training rooms, lit by natural light and equipped with high-performance machines for practical work.
From equipped break rooms to encourage relaxation and communication.
Meals, coffee breaks and WiFi access offered.
Distance learning
All you need is an Internet connection: ORSYS creates an optimal distance learning environment, using video conferencing tools selected according to the pedagogical and technical requirements of each course.
For technical courses with practical work: provision of a cloud accessible to all learners.

And, whichever method you choose
A maximum of 4 to 12 participants for inter-company training courses, to encourage discussion and sharing. This number may be reduced to 8 or 10 for certain courses for educational reasons.
